Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Your Investment Group ("we") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide on this site. This document will continue to be refined with counsel as the platform's services expand; questions are welcome through the contact page.

Information We Collect

Information you submit through our forms: membership applications (name, email, phone, location, and your stated investment preferences), account sign-in credentials, contact messages, introduction requests, and questions you send to sponsors. We also keep standard technical logs used for security and reliability.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or identity documents through this site.

Where It's Stored

Application, account, and message data is stored with our database provider on infrastructure located in the United States, protected with encryption in transit and at rest and role-restricted access. Transactional email is delivered through our email provider.

How Information Is Used

To operate your membership: reviewing your application, presenting opportunities, arranging the introductions you request, responding to your messages, sending notifications you've opted into, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell member data.

Sharing

Member information is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform, with a sponsor when you explicitly request an introduction to that sponsor, and where required by law.

Your Choices

You may update your communication preferences at any time in Profile Settings, request a copy of your information, or ask that your account and data be deleted, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Reach us through the contact page for any data request.
